Dear John
You have been recommended to me by John H, a close friendhere in Austria.
I do own a 1600 sqft., 2 bedroom loft at 300 Pearl Street which I used during my term as a XXXXXX.
As I am back in Austria now I hardly use it and am thinking about renting.
John tells me that you did a great job with his loft in Providence and that is why I would like to meet and discuss possibilities.
I will be back in PVD from XXXthrough XXXand would appreciate a short meeting at my place.
